Dear people from Fehérvár! Dear Guests!
We are preparing for the Royal Day’s in Székesfehévár yet again with much excitement. One of the prettiest, festive period in our city is this august one, which we can enjoy with many meaningful programs, as a community. We bring out the old traditions and put new elements in the event offer. For us this time is the meeting’s, communicating’s and shared experiences’ celebration. I hope that the concerts at the Zichy stage, the field music meeting, at the international folklore dance festival the different shows, or the program semi-conducting Alba Regia Feszt, the Forever Young- international performing arts street festival székesfehérvár partner – and the partaking of our sister cities, and the Honey fest. I hope that the medieval-looking inner city will make everyone smile, where every little or big can experience the knight lifestyle. The events – as traditional – ends on august 20th in a worthy way for Saint Stephen’s ghost: Holy Mass, the parade of historical giant puppets, after the festive general meeting Ferenc Erkel’s Hunyadi László concert like show can be seen. As the mayor of Székesfehérvár, I am proud that the festive program series revives our common past in a unique way, enhanced with spectacular and high-quality artistic elements, but always respectfully.
Let’s live through the Royal Day’s in Székesfehérvár together, let’s spend the period between august 10th till 20th in the historical capital of our nation!
